Cybersecurity PhD Student at Northeastern

I’m filled with a desire for clarity and meaning within a world and condition that offers neither.

-- Albert Camus, The Myth of Sisyphus

Security through abstraction, but not too much, just the right amount. Lately, I've been exploring the mystical world of NPUs on various production devices. Previously, I have worked on a microcontroller security, chiefly relating to aspects of control-flow integrity. In a more general sense, I am fascinated about the different aspects of how the security mechanisms of systems are designed. If it ain’t broke, break it.

Currently, I am a Cybersecurity PhD student at Northeastern University, Boston, in the Cyberspace Security and Forensics (Cacti) Lab. I am fortunate to be advised by Ziming Zhao.
