Security through abstraction. Lately, I’ve been working on the security of embedded systems from a hybrid approach, combining static and dynamic analysis. In a more general sense, I am fascinated about the different aspects of how the security mechanisms of systems are designed and reverse engineering them. If it aint broke, break it. Currently, I am a Cybersecurity PhD student at Northeastern University, Boston, in the Cyberspace Security and Forensics (Cacti) Lab. I am fortunate to be advised by Ziming Zhao.
