Security through abstraction, but just the right amount. Lately, I’ve been exploring the mystical world of NPUs on various production devices and dabbling in Fuzzing these kinds of devices. Previously, I have worked on a microcontroller security, chiefly relating to aspects of control-flow integrity.
In a more general sense, I am fascinated about the different aspects of how the security mechanisms of systems are designed. If it aint broke, break it.
Currently, I am a Cybersecurity PhD student at Northeastern University, Boston, in the Cyberspace Security and Forensics (Cacti) Lab. I am fortunate to be advised by Ziming Zhao.
